01Where is our data processed and stored?
Where you decide: in your own data centre or on dedicated infrastructure in the EU. Data residency is agreed in writing before a project starts, and it does not change without your consent.
02Can a non-EU authority or provider access our data?
Keeping data and models on infrastructure you control, under EU jurisdiction, is the most effective way to limit exposure to extraterritorial access. We design every deployment with that goal from day one, and we do not route your content through third-party AI services.
03Will our data be used to train AI models?
No. Your data is never used to train models for anyone else. If we fine-tune a model for you, it belongs to you and stays in your environment.
04How do we stay compliant with the EU AI Act?
We map each use case to the Act's risk categories, document it, and build in the transparency, logging and human oversight obligations that apply to you as a deployer.
05What if we want to change provider?
You keep your data, your configuration and any models fine-tuned for you. We build on open standards and open-weight models precisely so that there is no lock-in.
06Can it run without an internet connection?
