01What is EUChat.ai?
A sovereign AI workspace for teams. It brings chat, files, web research, agents and team administration together in one place, running on EU-hosted models. It is developed and operated by EUTS.
02Is our data used to train AI models?
No. EUChat.ai does not use your prompts, files or conversations to train or improve AI models.
03What does minimal retention mean?
With minimal-retention mode switched on, new conversations are set to expire automatically within about an hour. It is minimal retention, not zero: database backups and security records follow their own schedules, and security audit events are kept without any chat content.
04Does EUChat.ai have ISO/IEC 27001 certification or a SOC 2 report?
Not yet. Its controls, including encryption, audit logging and least-privilege access, are designed in alignment with ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2, and certification is in preparation. Our compliance statement sets out the current status.
05Can we run it on our own infrastructure?
Yes. Besides the managed EU workspace, EUChat.ai can run in a dedicated private cloud or on your own infrastructure, operated by EUTS or by your team.
