AI strategy
Know where AI pays off. Before you invest.
Most organisations don't lack AI ideas. They lack a clear view of which ones are worth doing. We work with your leadership and teams to find the use cases with real value, check them against your data, your risks and the EU AI Act, and turn them into a roadmap you can execute.
- Format
- Workshops and interviews
- Typical duration
- 2 to 6 weeks
- Where
- On-site or remote
- Outcome
- A prioritised AI roadmap
What you get
Clarity first. Then speed.
You finish with decisions, not a slide deck of possibilities.
Prioritised use cases
A shortlist of AI use cases ranked by business value, feasibility and risk, grounded in your actual workflows and data.
A roadmap you can execute
Sequenced initiatives with effort, dependencies and owners, starting with a proof of concept that shows results within weeks.
Governance from day one
Each use case classified against the EU AI Act, with the data protection, oversight and documentation requirements that apply to it.
Formats
Start small or go deep. Your call.
Three formats, depending on where you are today.
Executive briefing
A focused session for your leadership team on what AI can realistically do for your organisation, what it costs to get wrong and what the EU AI Act means for you.
Half a day
Use-case discovery
Interviews and workshops across your departments to map workflows, collect ideas and assess each one for value, data readiness and risk.
2 to 3 weeks
AI strategy and roadmap
The full picture: target architecture, sovereignty and deployment options, governance model, build-or-buy decisions and a sequenced roadmap.
4 to 6 weeks
How it works
From ideas to a plan. In four steps.
- 01
Understand
We learn how your organisation works, where time and money go, and what your data landscape looks like.
- 02
Explore
Together with your teams we collect and shape use cases, including the ones nobody has written down yet.
- 03
Assess
Each use case is scored for value, feasibility, data readiness and regulatory risk under the EU AI Act.
- 04
Plan
We agree priorities and a roadmap, and propose a first proof of concept on your own data.

Questions
Frequently asked questions. Answered plainly.
01Do we need to have our data in order first?
No. Assessing data readiness is part of the work. We tell you which use cases your data supports today and what would unlock the rest.
02Are you tied to a particular vendor?
No. We recommend what fits, including open-weight models and your existing systems. Where our own products fit, we say so, and where they don't, we say that too.
03What happens after the strategy?
You can take the roadmap and execute it yourselves, or work with us. Most organisations start with a free proof of concept on the highest-priority use case.
04How do you handle the EU AI Act?
We classify each use case against the Act's risk categories and identify the obligations that apply to you as a deployer, such as transparency, human oversight and record-keeping.
